The double flap provides more structure but less space than its single flap counterparts (although medium and small classic flaps only come in double flaps).

Interior features two open side pockets.

In Black lambskin leather and 24k gold plated hardware. In lambskin leather, the original classic flap in all its glory with its petal soft quilts, true luxury.

The small size of the classic double flap is harder to find than the medium -- at 9 inches wide, right in between the medium and the rectangular mini, it's the smaller size of the medium flap. Especially for vintage models, this size is harder to find than its medium counterparts.

This item is in excellent condition with very few signs of normal use. Thick, petal-soft lambskin unique only to vintage craftsmanship that is well-preserved and barely used. Corners are clean with no rubbing or scuffing. Hardware is clean and shiny. It is a deep, yellow 24k gold plated hardware which is impossible now to find in stores as it is no longer produced.
